Financing guidance

Understand the full payment—not just the monthly figure.

We can discuss monthly-payment plans, personal-loan referrals, RV-style financing where applicable, lease-to-own options where available, and independent financing-provider referrals.

How our examples are calculated

Catalogue illustrations use the displayed base-home price, a 10% example deposit, a 7.5% illustrative annual percentage rate and terms of 10, 15 or 20 years. They are calculation examples only—not quotes, approvals or lender offers.

The examples exclude lender fees, taxes, insurance, land, delivery, permits, foundations, utility connections, site preparation and project upgrades. Adding these items can materially change the amount financed and monthly payment.

What lenders may review

  • Credit profile and existing obligations
  • Verified income and employment information
  • Down payment and requested loan amount
  • Home classification, intended use and location
  • Lender product rules and state availability

Approval, rate, term and amount vary. Independent lenders make credit decisions under their own requirements; TinyhomeFoundry does not guarantee approval.

Before you compare payments

Ask for a written project estimate that separates the home, options, delivery, site work, utility connections, permits and taxes. Then compare financing offers using APR, fees, total repayment and early-payment terms—not the monthly amount alone. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau explains the difference between an interest rate and APR.
