From property question to setup
A buying process built around the site.
Every project is different. These stages show what to expect and where local authorities, licensed contractors, surveyors, engineers or independent lenders may need to be involved.
- 1
Consultation
Share your property address, intended use, preferred size, budget and timing.
- 2
Model selection
Compare plans, specifications, prices and the changes that may be feasible for the construction system.
- 3
Online site assessment
Send current photos or video of the intended area, road approach, gates, slopes, overhead obstructions and utility locations. A remote review does not replace surveys or professional site inspection where required.
- 4
Permitting review
Confirm zoning, placement, transport, foundation, utility and inspection requirements with the relevant local authorities and qualified professionals.
- 5
Selections and construction
Approve the written scope, specifications, finishes, exclusions, payment terms and projected production window.
- 6
Delivery and setup
Coordinate route access, foundation readiness, placement, utility work and required inspections with the appropriate providers.
Timelines shown on model pages are planning guides, not completion guarantees. Permitting, weather, production capacity, transport, site readiness, inspections and requested changes can affect the schedule.
